Marc is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR consulting. He has worked in various domains, including software, non-profit, higher education, DoD, semiconductor, and wealth management. In the software domain, he has expertise in SaMD, SaaS, UCaaS, iOS, Android, AI, ML, Data, UX/UI, Backend, Dev Ops, and Cloud. In wealth management, he has experience with RIAs, Hybrids, Alliances, and IMOs. In the semiconductor domain, he has experience in design, process, and manufacturing. He is also experienced in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer care, and marketing. He has worked in higher education and non-profit organizations with a focus on social justice, equity, and poverty.
In addition to his professional expertise, Marc has interests in golf, music composition, hiking, and traveling. He also has training and certification in change management, mediation, lean start-up, and executive coaching.
Marc’s new adventure involves finding investors for start-ups that add value and expertise along with infusion of capital. With his deep experience in candidate identification, sourcing, and talent acquisition, he can connect talented individuals to dream opportunities and design and integrate talent initiatives to business strategy.
