Karl Fazio - 2025 Speaker

Karl Fazio is RunBuggy’s General Counsel, responsible for the company’s legal, privacy, and compliance functions. Before joining RunBuggy, Mr. Fazio was Division General Counsel for the AI Products and Direct to Consumer businesses at Pearson Education, a multinational education technology company. Prior to that, he served as GoDaddy’s Subsidiary General Counsel and Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property. Karl has more than 20 years of experience counseling global technology companies from startup through VC investment through IPO. Mr. Fazio received both his law degree and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
