Heather Lennon - 2025 Speaker

Heather Lennon is the founder and CEO of Imagine General Contracting and Development, a full-service design/build firm and minority-owned business. With more than 26 years of design, construction and contracting experience, a niche in retail spaces and a passion for historic building restoration and adaptive reuse, Lennon is the firm’s qualifying party. She holds commercial and residential general contracting licenses in Arizona and a master’s degree focused on retail store design and consumer behavior.

Lennon is also the founder/managing member of Imagine Develops LLC, a real estate development firm, and a partner in a second real estate development firm, Arizona Warehouse Holdings (AWH), in partnership with Gold Hat Realty LLC (formerly Atkins and Breskin LLC), which is actively growing its footprint in Phoenix. AWH has purchased a number of properties in the Phoenix Warehouse District.  Current tenancy includes Warehouse215 Event Venue & M Culinary Kosher Catering Kitchen just to name a few, exemplifying Lennon’s mantra of “saving the history of Phoenix one old building at a time.”

Lennon’s own passion for cigar smoking also led to her establishing Raconteuse Cigars LLC, a boutique retailer specializing in elevated cigar experiences. Raconteuse Cigars unites brothers and sisters of the leaf through cigar-centric events in partnership with other local businesses and introduces curious cigar enthusiasts to unique boutique cigars from around the world. Heather is also a ‘Cigar Philanthropist’, donating cigar experiences to raise funds for local charities. In just their third year of business, over $160,000 has been donated through cigar experiences.
