Dr. Gabby Pavelko is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Chief of Staff at Rootless, and strategic advisor passionate about transforming the way we approach and think about our health. With a career rooted at the intersection of food innovation, plant-based medicine, and community-driven wellness, Gabby has also previously founded two of her own companies, a fitness community called Sweat Republic and a consulting agency called Good People.
